It was close to shops and beach. Lucy was very helpful saving us a parking space at the front of the property

We choose this property because we were bringing an elderly Aunt that could not walk very far and thought from the description that there was on site parking, we didn’t realise there were steps up to the front door

The house was nice and spacious all lovely and clean and very dog friendly.

The location was good, for Gorleston and Great Yarmouth. Easy to get to and from. The house was a great size for us, and would easily accommodate more people comfortably.

The size of the property and bedrooms accommodated us very well. The property was clean and tidy. The location of the property will suit anyone wanting to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants or pubs. Lucy, the owner was very friendly and on the end of a text or phone call if we needed her. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The towels were of a very good thick quality and there were more than enough for 5 adults.

Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the road and drunk people walking to and from the pub. We could hear it through the windows word perfectly. The property is quite dated and has a lot of mish mashed furniture. The beds were a too soft for us but that is a personal preference and the bed linen is dated and old looking too. The shower had no water pressure so there was little water coming out and it took a while for all 5 adults to shower.
