Easy access to shops. Plenty of places to visit nearby. Lovely Ferry trips close by. Clean and compact cottages well equipped, fantastic views!

Basic breakfast a bit disappointing, only boxed cereal and bread, maybe some fruit and yogurt or some local produce would be nice.

We loved our stay in the Wee Cottage. The view over the water was stunning and the cottage was very clean and comfortable. It was great to have the owners just next door and they were very friendly and helpful to us. Enough breakfast was left in the cupboards and fridge for our whole stay, which was very welcome. It was a great location for getting into Glasgow (we used Shields Road Park and Ride) and also to get to see the beautiful landscape.
