Cosy, Exclusive Sheffield House near Peak district

Lots of room, with tons of cupboard and wardrobe space. Great TVs. Very good location with shops and places to eat and drink all within walking distance. Large comfortable beds. Beth was very helpful when I reported the few items needing attention, and always responded very promptly to any queries. Easy parking for two cars if necessary on the drive.

A few broken items on arrival, including the flusher handle on the loo, and the lock on the bathroom door. The electric shower is not the most powerful. A few light bulbs not working. The kitchen utensils needed a bit of a refresh. Nothing too serious, and not enough to spoil a great long weekend.

Nice and roomy but cosy too. Everything we needed and dog felt secure too.

Downstairs loo was freezing. Reminded me of years growing up in Sheffield with the outside loo. !

Fantastic location walking distance to the village. Bedrooms were very nice and the beds very comfortable. The living area and kitchen were good with everything we needed

The bathroom was disappointing and requires updating. Outside the garden was very untidy and unkept. Grass hadn't been cut and it was overgrown. The driveway was exceptionally narrow. It would have helped if the hedge had been cut to make it easier to get in and out of the car. In the end we parked one car on the road.

A spacious house with three double bedrooms and one single box room. Lovely quiet location on the very edge of the peaks. Appreciated the use of dishwasher and washing machine.

Drive way is very narrow and difficult for an MPV or SUV to drive up to the covered area. Shower over bath is not accessible for people with mobility and balance conditions. Also the one partial bannister on the staircase makes its use difficult for those with mobility conditions. The kitchen was not equipped well with utensils or small saucepans.

The size of the house and he garden was great. The location was amazing, in the Center of the village with the Peak District a walk away, and sheffield 15 mins in a car. The kitchen is nice and modern and it had a cozy feel to it, and the lounge was really comfy. Really impressed that all 4 bedrooms had tv’s in them too! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and were planning on staying again. Excellent value for money.

The location is among the very best in Sheffield, no complaints there. Having lived in the city previously, I wanted to revisit old haunts and take a trip down memory lane and it didn't disappoint.

The oven had no light or fan, which is rare and surprised me. The washing machine was also dirty and needed cleaning before use. The property was good but I would not rate it superb as on booking. com. The paint on the windowsills was peeling badly, the table at the rear was covered in mould, the garden did not look very well kept or mown. The heating automatically cut out overnight - understandably given energy prices but still. Would have been nice to have more control over it. I still enjoyed my stay but for those reasons, the property was "good", not "superb".

Every thing was extremely fantastic very comfortable only issue was i visit very hot and if we open windows big mosquitoes this is not complain only giving some advice fans or cooler and charging extra
