Castle Gate by Spa Town Property - Central Location with Large Living Space

Location excellent for Warwick and Warwick Castle, really easy to walk to town / pubs / the Castle etc, accommodation very nice, reasonable size rooms, beds very comfy. Very happy we found this place.

Would be nice to have a BBQ in the garden for when the weather is nice, car parking good for 1 car on drive but any others need to find space on the road which seemed pretty easy.

Ideal location, close to town, the castle and local pubs. Easy access and parking, quiet street. Comfy beds and great fluffy towels, shower was nice and strong which isn't always the case in the UK. Hosts were excellent, great comms, they left us a bottle of wine, some chocolates and biscuits on arrival which was much appreciated. Instructions for everything were easy to follow and complete. We cooked breakfast a couple of mornings, and everything we needed was there and easy to find. Would stay here again if we come back to Warwick in the future.

Location was good The bottle of wine was a nice welcome. The tv channels were ample.

I’m sorry that this is so negative but perhaps it will help in the long run. The property is tired and needs updating especially the shower over the bath which was very small with a plastic curtain. I’m not sure the owners deal with the property or have been there in a while. The furnishings need cleaning as do the rugs. The dishwasher was full when we arrived . Not enough comfortable seating as only one sofa and 2 upright chairs in the lounge.

Great location for walking into Warwick, ample parking for our two cars one on drive one on street, lovely clean accommodation which was well equipped, treats on arrival were a lovely welcome and nice touch.

Great location for visiting Warwick Castle, which is just a few minutes walk away. The house was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 children) - plenty of space and cosy, comfy bedrooms. Upon our arrival, it was a lovely surprise to find wine & biscuits had been left for us.

We could've done with some coat hooks, but I advised the owners of this and they apologised for the error.

Tap water cloudy unless ran cold tap long time Just little minor things are... Mattress in main bed room bit too soft Cushions on hard dining room wood chairs would be nicer Only 1 bedside light in both double rooms Somewhere to hang coats downstairs would be great

Well equipped kitchen with a nice sociable table. Light and welcoming and the chocolate and wine were a very nice touch. The keys were easy to find and the house was beautifully presented albeit one or two less 'plants' would be better. Just our opinion,sorry! The location was amazing.

There were no instructions for anything that we could find which made turning the heating up a notch for us old ladies, fun...but we did it! The single room mattress really needs turning or something. Found myself in a 'c' shape which was uncomfortable. Maybe better suited for children only? And we found a few ceiling cobwebs..namely over the radiator in the lounge by the stairs..we all have a tendancy to look up!
