Luxury Coastal Retreat

The house was modern, cosy and well equipped. A great location for exploring the North Yorkshire coastline. It was also very child friendly! Lovely touches from the hosts who couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome.

What a beautiful property. It was very clean and comfortable. We did not need to bring anything other than ourselves and clothes as everything we needed was provided. Also, a great location, short drive to towns and beeches. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Nothing, the house was perfect, there was nothing to dislike. The only minor issue from the whole break was, due to the rainfall there was an increased amount of water in the back garden, which meant wet feet for the drive home after returning key.

The location of the house was great to get to so many beaches and countryside.

There was quite a lot of road works in Loftus centre so had to wait at traffic lights.

This beautiful property had everything you could possibly need and more, a gorgeous, beautifully decorated house that was also very practical and quite fool - proof, I had a 1 and 4 year old with me and was worried they would ruin the gorgeous decor but no everything was so well made and sturdy it was perfect for a family. The location was 10/10 in Loftus, co-op was a 5 min lovely walk from the house. Aga was so kind, it was dark when we arrived and could not see how to open the back gate but she rang at 11pm to ensure we got in safely. Wonderful kind hosts with amazing taste.

We liked everything

Amazing hosts and the most wonderful house. Communication from the hosts was amazing and they literally pre - empted everything you may have been about to ask. A little book of places to go and menus for take aways were waiting on our arrival as well as snacks, milk and juice. There was also a coffee machine with an array of pods - Thankyou! My children loved that there were puzzles, toys and Lego to play with. They also loved the quiet cuckoo clock in the kitchen and loved running in to hear it cuckoo. There was even a picnic mat you could borrow and basics such as olive oil for cooking, salt and pepper, tins of stuff in the cupboard, foil, baking parchment and plenty of pots and pans for cooking.. There was nothing you could have wanted for. The hosts went above and beyond and really had thought of everything - only suggestion I'd have was to have a few kiddie plates and bowls as the crockery was beautiful and I was worried something would get broken. (Thankfully it didn't). Netflix was available to watch and had loads for the kids if you needed but we weren't in much anyway. Lovely log burner for colder nights and a little garden with furniture if you wanted to sit out. The house was comfortable and a great base to explore the coast from. A local co op if you needed. Saltburn was lovely and close by to Whitby and Scarborough. Thankyou for a great stay!

Excellent property, everything you need is provided. The home is beautiful.Very clean and modern with lovely touches throughout. The decor is spot on. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
