A lovely property with all amenities. Immaculate condition. Nice garden space with sun house.

Location. Space/rooms. Garden and garden room. WiFi.

Cutlery not great and looks unclean (think it’s just tarnished but a bit off putting). Also WiFi address & password in folder out of date and didn’t work! No fault or complaint of the property but small changes that would work for us but appreciate may not be in keeping with the property would be single beds in one of the rooms for children with maybe the option to zip together if for adults.

We were surprised of the quality of the cottage interior, very tastefully furnished with an abundance of personal touches throughout. Hard to believe it was a rental cottage not someone's home. The garden is a sun trap with a sun house, so was nice sitting in the garden in the sunshine. Nice pub locally and great deli. But also located in easy reach of Kings Lyne and a 20-45 minute drive to lovely Norfolk beaches.

Nothing other than we only were able to spend a weekend.

Really homely .comfortable beds ideal for people with animals.

The location was good in easy reach of beaches and places of interest. The cottage was spotlessly clean and Jenny has brilliant taste in furnishings with quirky ornaments etc. the welcome basket was a lovely touch, comfy beds and pillows, the Summerhouse was lovely but didn’t use it as fortunately the weather was brilliant all in all I would recommend this cottage, we didn’t take our dog this time but any one with dogs there are lovely walks in the village. All in all a lovely holiday and a lovely host.

Only one thing there wasn’t any mats in the bath and shower but we bought two for a couple of pounds.
