if you like traffic noise stay here the front of the property is very noisy. yes my messages about the property were answered but nothing done about any of it the owner "Ed" seemed not to know about the state the place is in blamed the new cleaning company.

The property is sold as having gated parking - the gates aren't closed and locked ever. The lane down the side of the house is disgusting with rubbish left in it the bins at the front door are also disgusting. The house has issues, there is a broken socket in the bedroom at the back on floor one - you can see the wires - little fingers could get in there, we found a number of sockets loose - the one to the left of the TV. The shower over the bath has no seal to the bath - so you can't use it as water goes everywhere, there is water damage to the kitchen roof and the floor in that bathroom is lifting. so, We had one shower between us - we booked this as it had two showers, The electric shower has little pressure and when any other cold water is run the shower goes very hot even on the coldest setting. All three-toilet seat are loose. No bins in any toilets - not very friendly to our females. we had light bulbs missing. The matrasses on the beds must be the cheapest ones out there and very uncomfortable. Broken Furniture - bedside chests and wardrobe handles. The kitchen blind is disgusting - dirty/ black with mould, the oven wasn't clean. we didn't use the supplied towels. Kitchen table at risk of collapse - you couldnt use it for eating on. The general state of the property is very poor, and it needs some attention. it's not worth the money and it's not 5* by a long way.

great stay, clean and modern and good location.

The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms and sitting room were clean. The beds were clean and comfortable.

In a spirit of helpfulness I would like to let you know about a few easy improvements you could make. First of all get the bins emptied. They aren’t being emptied by the Council because someone has but their rubbish in the recycling bins. They are overflowing, smelly and fly blown. I personally transferred some of this disgusting rubbish from one bin into the correct bin. Shouldn’t this be done as a matter of course by whoever services your house? All the toilet seats need fixing as they are all loose and possibly unsafe. The doorbell has all but fallen off and the cover for the metres in front of the house has fallen off and lies among the litter from the overflowing bin. I remain unhappy about the totally uneccessary stress you caused me last bank holiday weekend about paying a damages deposit and would rather you refunded £30 now rather than promised me £50 off in the future.
