Issues with cleanliness Broken roller blinds in bunk bed room Shower heads need cleaning Dirty oven full of dirt and crumbs

The property was in a great location, the bedrooms and bathrooms were of a really good standard and as expected.

There were a few things which would have made this place amazing, the place sleeps 8, but only 6 seats in dinning room and lounge. Also only very few mugs in the kitchen so we had to wash mugs every time we wanted a cup of tea. There were no instructions for appliances, was quite hot at night and the oven wasn’t straight forward. Very easily resolved and would have benefited our stay greatly.

The property is very spacious, comfortable and was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, walkable to the town.

Many of the facilities are tired, sparse or broken. The internet is so slow to be almost unusable. If you’re staying just for a weekend, beware the checkout time is an unusually early 10.00.

Location great. Parking at the property for two cars was very useful. The house itself was spacious with fabulous bathrooms and excellent kitchen appliances. Underfloor heating made it very cosy. Use of travel cot and high chair great for us with a toddler. Quiet neighbourhood

As mentioned in other reviews glass coffee table top insecure. A little bit of mould needs removing from the bathroom sealant and we cleaned the main bedroom ensuite showerhead. All very minor details

Location to town great & parking on the drive was so useful. 4 of us stayed so good to each have our own bedroom.

The noise of the planes overhead at times was too much. Didn’t like the pillows , far too flat & cheap. Didn’t have any instructions on how to warm the place up so a bit chilly at times.

Location for legoland and Windsor castle was great

No guide on things like recycling in the house, councils vary from one to the next, positive local knowledge on dining, bars etc. a lot of places I have stayed have a folder with this information in. Plus guidance on leaving. We stripped all the beds as some places ask for this others don’t.

All good. I went to Windsor castle for an investiture and property was well located and great walk into town. Parking a great bonus

Nothing. Our son is very fussy and even he was impressed with my choice!!

The location was great and was so easy to communicate with Jeremy. The amenities in the house were amazing and the heated floors were great for a cozy Christmas. We have been going to Windsor for many years from US to visit my parents and family and this was the best accommodation so far really enjoyable. Having Parking at the house was a real benefit.

We did not experience any concerns with the property and as we were their 18 days. We were given fresh linens and towels which we did not expect as there was a washer dryer.
