Sea Dragon

The location of the property is spot on for access to Camber Sands. It’s a five minute walk across the sand dunes and you are there. It is a well kept, clean comfortable property with everything you could possibly need for a stay. The kids loved the treat of a TV in their bedroom.

The location was fantastic for the beach, about 8 mins' drive to Rye. The cottage was clean. The location was very quiet.

The double bed was uncomfortable and there was no storage except for very small drawers in the double room. The carpet looked worn and needed a deep clean. The blind and curtains in the bedrooms were not good at blocking light. There was no facility to do recycling due to not having the correct bin (?) which was bad.

Extremely well equipped everything you could possibly need

Curtains/blinds in both rooms let too much light in. Could do with heavy curtains or blackout blinds

We found the host to be very helpful in taking the time to set up a cot for us and a child's safety gate at the top of the stairs, and we had a very comfortable time at the cottage.

Excellent location for all sorts of activities. Easy to walk to a number of eateries, small shops and fabulous Camber sands if you wanted to stay quietly and relax for a few days by the sea. It was equally easy to access many other beautiful locations - Rye itself, Rye Harbour, Dungeness, lots of local nature reserves, Battle etc.

It was all really excellent, can't think of any negatives.
