Excellent location with short walk through modern Cape Cod style estate through the dunes to Camber Sands. Short drive to historic Rye and its harbour. Quiet, comfortable , compact cottage. Flexible, considerate check-in arrangement. Responsive host. Two toilets. Abundant hot water

Early check out. No shower gel. Insufficient toilet rolls. All excellent otherwise
