Location, that is all

The WiFi, central heating and washing machine were all faulty for the first 48 hours. Washing machine remained broken and none of 3 TVs in the property having working aerials. The front door is also almost broken, making it very difficult to secure or retrieve the key from the locking mechanism.

Walking distance to city centre we enjoyed our own space felt some kind of ownership alone there

The place was generally ok but when we got there most of the cutlery weren’t clean the flushing system needs attention

not wot it sed in the add adawt the property and woz in a bad location and had 2 keep getting hold ove the property people az well 2 come out and sort stuff out az well and not wot we woz told adawt the place

Good location and communication with staff. We appreciated how quickly they got into an electrical issue in the house.

This house and furnishings were in poor state. Not the best choice for anyone with health or mobility issues because Thomas Street is very steep. The bathroom had mould around the bath.
