The Teapot Cottage in Town Centre FREE Parking

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Everything we needed. Lots of hot water for showering. Very good communication with the hosts Justin and Angel, who kindly arranged for an earlier check in which we we really appreciated.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Central location. Simple, clean, everything you would require for a self-catering break. Parking huge bonus.

The location and parking. Spacious apartment. Nice hot shower.

The apartment was very cold. The heaters took a long time to heat up and some didn’t work. We were very cold the first evening. Little things could have been better. The hand towel in the bathroom was hard and discoloured. It would have been nice to have a new washing up sponge in the kitchen instead of an old used one. There could be more information on how to get the tv and heaters to work.

It was clean, modern and in a great location. The owner was very attentive and answered questions quickly. Lovely place.

We feel so lucky to have found this beautiful house in an unbelievably good location in this fabulous town! The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, and they responded really quickly and helpfully to all our questions. We were able to park right outside the flat with the permit. Everything was so clean and well appointed. Locally, we loved Da Ginos and Shakespaw Cat Cafe. The house was just perfect for our last-minute Shakespeare pilgrimage and trip to Warwick castle.

My only suggestion would be for guests to take earplugs as the noise from the road outside could be loud in the early morning but this would probably not be a problem if you are used to it!
