The Teapot Cottage in Town Centre FREE Parking

A lovely, cosy property in a lovely quiet street brilliantly located with a 2 min walk of the centre of Stratford. Great a a base for a few days away.

Great location. No problems with parking. Everything needed for short stay. Interior fresh and not cluttered whilst having all that needed. Great to have stuff available for warm drink when arrived- including milk.

Unfortunately when we arrived someone had turned every heater off at the wall and it was freezing and took ages to warm up. Once got to grips with the different heaters in different parts it eventually warmed up but the hall radiator never worked at all and so was always freezing when going into property and having to go upstairs. Would suggest maybe ensure cleaner leaves heaters at a low temperature in winter so not artic on entry & never reheating from nothing. And should consider replacing windows as single glaze and damp didn’t help in this aspect. Sofa bit tired but we didn’t use much as were out and about and weren’t utilising as a bed so cannot comment on how comfy sofabed itself is. We hadn’t realised bathroom and bedrooms on different floors but that was our own failure to realise and wasn’t problem other than freezing dash at night but I think would have expected together- but quaint cottage we should have guessed really. There was some road noise with it being downstairs but this was minimal and not problematic for us- and think would have sounded much the same upstairs because of the single glaze based on previous experience in such properties. Would maybe advise a large keyring on the key or at least something to make it harder for it to go through grate right next to door- but appreciate might make difficult to get it into key safe.

Excellent location, didn't have to move the car once we'd arrived. Very close to the theatres, and shops as well as in a perfect location for restaurants and pubs. We even managed to get a walk along the Avon and into the countryside without needing to drive out of Stratford. We'd certainly recommend it to friends that visit the RSC. The hosts Justin & Angel were very prompt in replying to any questions prior to arrival and also aranged everything for the FREE parking, we were luck enough to find space immediately outside the property.

Fabulous cottage, we had such a cosy stay , the cottage was very near the city centre . Perfect for us . Clean and lovely . The milk was such a pleasant surprise! We needed a cuppa. Would love to stay again when visiting our daughter nearby.

Location was perfect, only around a 5 minute walk to the center. Parking was easy and didnt need to drive anywhere untill we checked out. Place was clean and tidy, and overall a good place to stay. Would reccomend.

Shower pressure was a bit low, but that's just being picky. Place was great.

Minor point but think dining table may be better than breakfast bar but guess the owners think this is better option

Teapot Cottage was great, so close to such a gorgeous town, we loved Stratford upon Avon. Cottage very cosy, clean everything we needed was there. Justin was amazing host. We would definitely return.

We had a hiccup with the incorrect car registration being entered online, luckily my husband caught the officious parking attendant before he gave us a ticket. A phone call to Justin was quickly able to be resolved.
