The communication between the host and myself for checking in and directions was spot on.

The property was very spacious with 4 bathrooms which was ideal for us as we were 6 adults and 2 young children. Great house for a family get together. The location was fabulous, tram into City centre was just around the corner and we were less than 2 Miles away from Utilita Arena where we were attending a concert Saturday night. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Bathrooms were also very clean.

Carpets are getting tired and the gripper rods spikes stick in your feet which was a concern with young children. The heating needs to be put on earlier in the day as the check in time was 5 O’clock, the house was freezing the whole of the first night. Again not ideal with young children. The house was lovely and warm when we got up the next morning so it was a shame we had to sit in the cold Friday night. Only 5 dining chairs for 6 adults.

Location and size

A bit worn doesn't look exactly like the pictures. No hot water and no tv. Neighbours arrived home at 6.30 am with 20+ friends, all drunk partying outside loads of mess and rubbish left by them.

Excellent space. & Facilities are decent.

No curtains/or blinds on the kitchen or staircase windows. Carpet gripper nails come through the carpets so you may get pricked Heating kept on turning off unexpectedly. Some areas need to be cleaned better like next to the washing machine. Some minor touch ups/ repairs needed.

All room were specious and clean. Specifically toilets were very clean. Good for family stay.
