Heathcliff - 5 Bedroom House in Town Centre

Group of us stayed for Ironman weekend. Great location and house was great. Lots of space, rooms were lovely

As expected House was close to Tenby & near to train station. House was spacious. Well equipped on kitchen utensils/Linen. Nice welcome pack left for us. Apology received from owners Mum regarding slight issues reported. Follow up service from Navid after departure regarding item left at property.

Outside space could have been more inviting. Damp smell from downstairs shower room. Bedding in 1 bedroom was marked & some marks to wall in another bedroom. Some mattresses were a bit too soft & sofas too low for comfort. For safety some windows should have had child locks on them as the window handles were low to floor. Wrong communication emailed to us on check out time which led to cleaners arriving too early & being rude.

The house was perfect for a family group. The location was excellent, very near the station, and a short walk (<5 mins) to the best beach and to the supermarket. It was great having two sitting rooms each with their own TV to keep adults and kids entertained and allow space for board games and reading while others watched a movie. This was our fourth family holiday in Tenby and by far the best rental in terms of the accommodation and the location. Highly recommend. Enjoy.

No welcome book Mattresses need upgrading Shower sprays water everywhere Front door and patio door need looking at as they are stiff and hard to open and lock Could definitely do something better with the outdoor space

Every convenience was thought of & such a beautiful house!

Toilet on every floor, beautiful decor & so much space for all the family.

Everything was amazing! Very clean! So spacious! Beds were so comfy, even the sofa beds! Also some very thoughtful touches!

Couldn’t fault a thing!
