It was very handy location.

Was a bit dirty. Felt I had to wash everything before using it. Bathroom sink upstairseas dirty. Shower needed cleaning. Outside of kettle dirty and toaster covered in crumbs on the top.

Me and my kids stayed there for one night. We got there and after multiple tries to unlock the locker to get key, I called the number given. The lady that answered was very annoyed that I called her. When we went it, there was a strong smell and nothing was clean. Kitchen was greasy, bathroom looked very dirty and bed linen was not changed. A lot of cobwebs everywhere.. spiders and the worst, there was a mouse as well and bugs everywhere. We met with the lady the next day,where she started being racist and asking me very angry why I did not understand where the key is. This place looks like it's HAUNTED, don't go there as you will be very disappointed. Very expensive for what you get.

Found mouldy food in the oven so could not use the oven to cook my dinner

Location. Very fast road and poor visibility not jelped by large cars making the access difficult

Disgusting, dirty kitchen! Absolutely horrified that this property is available to book! Dirty cutlery, plates, cleaning cloths, all equipment dirty, greasy! We nearly left! Paid £180!!, plug holes still holding old food from previous occupants, washing up bowl had grit in bottom looked as though it was used to wash the floor! Freezer blocked with ice and still had particles of broccoli and the fridge had been bleached so heavy that we couldn’t use it! Microwave broken.Heating restricted to 7pm-10pm on a cold night had to sit in jumpers until then and no heating in the morning. Left milk and butter in porch to keep cold to avoid being poisoned by bleach!

The property had parking, it was next to a petrol station with a convenience shop. There was a toilet and shower upstairs and down stairs. The Cotswold way path which is nearby is a nice walk with loverly views. The nearby Crown inn and Catherine Wheel in Marshfield are worth a visit for good food and hospitality.

There was only one entrance into the property, in the event of a fire there would be no alternative exit point. There were wood lice present in multiple rooms. The upstairs layout would be challenging for children and elderly as the stairs were very steep. To exit the bathroom and enter the largest bed room you had to step down then up three steps or jump the gap! The door way to the main room stood about 5’8” from floor level. The light in that room also hung down to a similar level. I’m not a particularly tall guy at 6’1” but there were plenty of opportunities to inadvertently bang your head. The door into the kitchen was low too. There is parking in a courtyard in front of the property accessible from the A46 through gates. The gates are fixed in an open position. If you take pets there is no way to close off the road and no back yard that is accessible. Walking a dog at night is a challenge as most of the A46 in the area has no pavement and there are no streetlights. The A46 on which the property is located is very busy so expect constant traffic noise. .

Characterful. Close proximity to the park and ride into Bath

The property was very dirty, needs a good deep clean. Right next to the A46 which was very noisy.

Good value for money. Close to bath .garage next door has a good shop. Off road parking outside the property. Really comfortable beds. Good shower pressure.
