Luxury 5* Home with Secret Garden and Free Parking

The interior is light modern and airy. The garden is lovely great to sit out in. Parking off road for two cars.

The house was in a quiet area, and it was very nicely presented. It was lovely and clean, and it was very pleasant in which to relax. Our daughter has huge anxiety problems around hygiene and cleanliness, and this property helped her greatly. She was the most relaxed here, and the ability to cook and repare our own food contributed. The house is very nicely furnished with many amenities to make it a home from home. It was convenient for shops, attractions, and the city centre, and very quiet at night. The garden was also fantastic, a big plus for me, and it was nice to sit and watch the birds (with a cold glass) on the couple of warm evenings we had. The owner has the house well organised and seems to have thought of most things, although it wasn't all perfect as to warrant a 5 star rating. We looked forward to coming home here each night, and we were comfortable. The neighbours were pleasant and quiet, and the area seemed decent. Everything that was provided seemed to have been of good quality, and the rooms were comfortable. However, we could have done with a couple more floor fans to cool the bedrooms at night. The negative points I've offered are only there because they pose safety concerns, and the host should seriously consider resolving them. Outside of these the house is ideal.

Ceiling Light in lounge far too low, it was FACE level to me, and I am only 6' tall. Also, the wires are exposed at the ceiling, and I couldn't avoid hitting my head getting up off the sofa. Far too many extension leads, some of which are also plugged into 3-way adapter plugs (A massive safety/fire risk). No oven gloves in the kitchen, and fire extinguisher/blanket tucked away out of site. No instructions for the oven or dishwasher. Lounge diner had no window curtains, so no privacy at night when lamps on. Bathroom floor needs a not-slip mat, as shower screen doesn't sufficiently stop water from going on porcelain floor while showering. Also, shower tray has no non-slip surface, and is very slippery when it has soap on it.

The house is amazing! My wife loved the design, everything was clean, check-in/out experience was great. Will definitely come back.

EXCELLENT!!!! We had very pleasant staying at this lovely home! Everything was perfect : host,cleaning,comfortable beds, lovely garden, nice decor,fully equipped kitchen,living full of books etc.. This property is set in a residential area outside of the city centre, so if want to have a drink in the town centre and don't want to drive then a cab is going to cost you about £14 one way. You have a drive to park in, which is great. Entry is by keycode by the front door. This is normally sent to you shortly before your arrival. This house has everything you could need, towels are small, so some people may find this a problem. Very comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, loved the sink in the bathroom. WiFi, TV, some sort of media hub we did not have time to try. Fab kitchen, ice maker, coffee maker. Washing machine, tumble dryer, and an array of other gadgets, to name a few.

The light in the lounge kept hitting our heads. The garden didn't really look like the pictures. The chairs are a bit worn, and the decking is looking a bit tired, but at least it's enclosed. The noise from one of your neighbours on our last night till 23.20.

Great house. Great facilities. Everything you need for a home from home stay.
