Otter 2 Lodge - Private Hot Tub- Dog Friendly - Wiltshire-Bristol

We like the fact the site is a little bit out of the way but not so far that you have to drive to go anywhere it's a 5 minute walk away from the town. We also like the view of the pond for the back porch and the lodge is very cosy which was perfect for us all in all it was a lovely place to stay for our fifth wedding anniversary.

There isn't anything major that comes to mind we did have a little problem with the hot tube however I sent them a message and they came and sorted it within the hour.

loved the location. The hot tub was nice even though we only got to use it once because of the weather. The ducks were lovely, They came over to us to be fed in the morning.

It wasn't that clean. the floor needed a mop, over. It would have been nice to have had some toilet roll and perhaps a little milk.

The location and wildlife loved the hot tub

Great location. Very clean, everything we needed was in the lodge. Very quiet, peaceful. Great view onto the lake.

There was nothing we didn't like

Pond was nice .Close to shops but still felt that you were in nature,kitchen facilities were good

Unpleasant smell in bathroom , not what I would call luxury and not cleaned well .

The log cabin was really lovely.

We had no hot water! The staff didn’t come for an hour ( we were due to go out). He said we’d be compensated but nothing. I had to boil a kettle😩 We were then moved to a pod with not alot in it. By the time we moved our stuff ,no time to use the hot tub! It was a surprise weekend for my husband’s birthday , very disappointed. No face to face apology.

Gorgeous position & environment, comfy bed, inside cabin clean. Hot tub 👌

Position of tv, no bedside light, broken shower head (square), cobwebs outside, bread knife blunt, a plug in the kitchen sink that fits. Little things nothing major.
