The property is located off a narrow side street in the center of historic Lincoln. It has four steps from the entrance hall to the accommodations, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. As well as the sofa bed in the lounge and a double bed in the bedroom ,there is a ladder in the bedroom which leads up to a small open-plan area that is suitable to accommodate 2 young children.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. The location was excellent and carpark very safe .

Maybe have a non stick pan( for scrambled eggs) and some kitchen roll to wipe the surfaces.

"location of this warm and cosy property is perfect for exploring the Cathedral Quarter"

Location of property and parking was excellent Heating system easy to use and very efficient Shower was great

Dining chairs were not comfortable and scatter cushions very worn and had an odour. Garden furniture was not used but looks like it needs renewing and garden area beyond patio is unsightly.

"Perfect setting for a city stay over…."

The perfect spot right in the heart of the city. We came to explore Lincoln and our two night stay was perfect. Parking space, quirky cottage vibes and all in small walking distance to the main sights of Lincoln.

Couldn’t really give any fault. Great value for money.
