"Exceptional"

A very central location perfect for exploring we did not use the car until we left. We were greeted by a warm house and a thoughtful welcome basket which included a Sussex Afternoon Tea pack and Wine,Coffee as well as savoury snacks.Our grandchildren who joined us enjoyed the playroom very much.

We cannot think of anything.It was comfortable well equipped and more than adequate.

"Absolutely cracking!"

Fantastic holiday house for families - the hosts have thought of everything that you could possibly want with a young family, and my children were particularly impressed with their playroom. Cannot fault the house at all, it was exceptionally comfortable, immaculately clean and in a great location - just a short walk to either the beach or the shops.

"A great place for a family break"

It was very homely, comfortable, and fully equipped. The play attic and games were a very welcome bonus. The location is fantastic, an interesting high street and beach both within a short walking distance.

"Perfect location lovely cottage walk to the sea"

Wonderful location able to walk into town and get to sea. The cottage is well equipped lovely welcome pack provided and lots of extra supplied, the owner although we didn't meet her was very helpful and friendly and she certainly went that extra mile to make our stay perfect.
