"Comfortable , quiet area for sleeping and very convenient for Chester centre"

"Exceptional"

A wonderful house with very comfy bed and great shower. Kitchen had everything you would need and location perfect with everything within 15 mins walk. Very central but also very quiet at night. Free parking was an additional bonus

Maybe a frying pan would be handy

"Clean comfortable accommodation in the heart of Chester - fantastic!"

The location of Enjoy the Pause is perfect. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay where you'll feel at home. It is a short walk to the river, the Roman ruins and Grosvenor Park. Check out the Boat House (especially if its a sunny day) and the Hickory Smokehouse restaurant. We also enjoyed a beautiful meal at The Yard where the food was excellent and the staff were gorgeous. The Chester bus tour stops outside St John the Baptist church (400yds walk from the apartment) which gives you a great way to explore the city. The church itself is worth a look and the people who run the visitor centre are lovely. Chester Cathedral is also spectacular for a visit. We were fortunate to catch the Chester Midsummer Watch Parade on our final day in Chester with colourful, vibrant displays accompanied by the Karamba Samba Band. All the participants young and old were really committed to putting on a brilliant show for the public.

Great location, clean & comfortable

Would of liked sugar to be provided but that’s a very minor point. Windows were difficult to open.

The house is fantastic. A great location to see everything Chester has to offer, and all the little details made our stay perfect. Easy to contact the owner, and we had the BEST time.

The house was EXACTLY what we needed. No negative comments at all.

"Great cootage"

Great night, comfortable with everything catered for. A great position minutes walk from all Chester has to offer. We found it hard to navigate the apps etc but admit we are dinosaurs.
