Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und hatten 4 Badezimmer und 3 schlafzimmer..ideal..aber nicht mehr

Muffelig, nicht sauber, alt und Heizung funktionierte rteilweise

- Lage in Port Charlotte traumhaft - schönes Gebäude, im Alten Schulhaus - alles da was man braucht mit Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner etc

- es war zu Beginn sehr kalt in der Wohnung (auch für die Jahreszeit ungewöhnlich kalt offenbar), Heizung war garnicht richtig angestellt, erst auf meine Nachfrage angeschaltet worden (und dann wars immer noch kalt). - alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen von der Ausstattung.

Proximity to the shops and pubs

There was a low level hum from an outside heating or air unit that could be heard from one of bedrooms

Beautifully converted old school, very comfortable and well appointed

The location is great. It is a comfortable place with ample space. It is a nice building (old school) where multiple apartments are located. It is higher up the hill so you have an nice view. And there is nearly no traffic at all so it is nice and quiet. The hostess is helpful and will try to fix any shortcomings (see what I did not like).

It is advertised as a 4 bedroom apartment which it apparently used to be, but no longer is after talking to the hostess. We did get an extra mattress arranged for the folding bed provided to levitate the problem. The mattrasses are in mediocre state and should be replaced.
