Brilliant property with all the space for the family and all the facilities you need. Right in the middle of Seaford so easy access to everything and the beach is only 10 minutes away.

The house was spacious and in a central location for ameneties and the beach. The TV was nice and big and the kitchen was large and well equiped.

The main sofa was hard and not very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom had a hard mattress which for me, was not very comfortable. There was something rattling/banging in the wind on the roof of the top floor bedroom, maybe a loose TV aerial or similar.

Bedrooms were nice. But some apects of the property were grubby. It felt unsafe in some other aspects. Could do with a good deep clean and safety checks.
