"Lovely, modern beachy cottage"

Gorgeous little cottage, amazing location. Didn’t get in the car once all weekend. Lovely arrival touches by hosts on arrival which were locally sourced and just made it that little more luxury.

4pm check in on day of arrival is quite late, if someone isn’t booked the day you are arriving I think there should be early access allowed. Water temperature in the shower wasn’t high enough despite it being on full heat.

"Great location, well presented cottage, just wish there was an upstairs WC."

Great location, comfortable, lovely enclosed garden for us and our dog.

No upstairs WC, a real downside for us, particularly as the stairs are windy and the downstairs WC right at the back of the property.

"Lovely place, would visit again."

Gorgeously styled property in the centre of Southwold. Conveniently located just along the street from the Coop.

Parking was a challenge but eventually found a spot by the 'Sole Bay Inn' pub and left the car there for the entire stay.
