Nook on the Nidd, Knaresborough

Nook on the Nidd was in a brilliant location, the leisure park is a great spot with loads of amenities, a shop, gorgeous riverside cafe, and easy to get into town. The property was absolutely spotless, much larger than we were expecting, comfortable and had everything you might need. There were even some treats left for the kids and the adults which was a really nice touch. We have family in Knaresborough so will definitely stay again.

Beautiful caravan. Felt like a home away from home. Great location for spending time locally in Knaresborough and also fab for having little drives out to other places (I.e. Barnsley, Harrogate & Doncaster etc). Brilliant communication from host. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and also come back in the future ourselves.

Beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable mobile home. Everything you need for a self catering holiday is thought of and provided. Large fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, hand soap, towels, hairdryer and much more all provided. Large wide screen smart tv with sky is a great luxury and WiFi is a free added bonus. Parking right outside the caravan and a lovely outside decked area with bistro table and chairs along with a picnic table and benches. The hosts are fantastic, right from booking they stay in touch. They go out of their way to ensure you have as much information for your stay as possible. They are available for any problems and get straight back to you. We couldn’t work out the heating, we texted the hosts and they replied immediately. They had us up and running in minutes. We loved everything about our 2 holidays at “Nook on the Nidd” and highly recommend it. The location is excellent. 3-5 minutes drive to the beautiful riverside in Knaersborough. The leisure park the holiday home is on is exceptionally clean, tidy and pretty. There is a beautiful riverside location on the site along with a lovely cafe having stunning views overlooking the river. We loved the accommodation and location so much when we went in February that we booked again as soon as we got home. We have just got back from the second holiday there and we were as happy as the first time.

The holiday experience was excellent, the owner was exceptionally helpful, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. High standard throughout, with welcome pack. Would highly recommend, and will return.

Excellent communication from the very helpful host. Clean tidy comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a short stay.
