"We wish we found this years ago!"

A great location close to local shops and other key areas such as Cromer, as well as some other beautiful landmarks. We were met with a delicious complementary homemade cake (with all ingredients noted for anyone with food intolerances) The cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable, with lovely views overlooking the woodland at the back. For anyone (like us!) not familiar with the local area, they provide a comprehensive handbook that we found to be very useful. This is a fantastic location for people bringing their dog. Extremely pet friendly and ideal with a little woodland walk way within the grounds, just yards away from the cabins. The owners were extremely friendly and although we only met them once on our stay, we felt reassured that we could contact them if needed. We've stayed at various places in Norfolk over the years and for us, this was our favourite one to date. We look forward to coming again. Thank you Paula and Keith for a great stay!

"Hidden gem"

Perfect location, beautifully kept cottage and lovely friendly hosts. Everything was perfect. The cottage had everything we needed and more, and the homemade cake and pint of milk on arrival was a really lovely surprise. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thankyou x

Great location, nice and friendly hosts. The cottage is well equipped, and the grounds and woodland are well maintained.

Personal taste, but mould around the bath and a boiler that's so loud when it's going you can't hear the TV. That said yes, we would definitely stay again.
