"Perfect gateway"

The property was perfect. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were warm. Views were beautiful and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax. It is set in a quiet remote area but the 40min walk into the town was an easy route and very pleasant. Staff were friendly and there are games areas you can enjoy. Having alpacas you can visit and pet was definitely a surprise bonus for us. They provided some essentials like tea,coffee and milk along with some treats.

"Lovely family weekend stay"

Welcome pack with tea coffee, shampoo/conditioner & shower gel. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and cleaning products. Hot tub easy to use. Amazing view from private garden. Alpacas on site. Towels and linen, iron, ironing board, board games. Sofa bed easy to use. Nice quiet area. Brilliant location for days and and lots to do in the surrounding area. Clear instructions by email for keys safe etc. Nicely decorated with thoughtful finishing touches.

"Great fun stay and very great host"

The property was very nice and spacious and dog friendly which was a bonus. The hot tub was really nice to relax. Games room was nice place to have fun and plenty to do.

Could be cold at time and only found how to turn on heating near end of holiday
