Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 125 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Location, great very close to train station

Noise from next door neighbors and some areas of the property not clean as I was expected considering the previous person was charge for cleaning the property as I was also charged.

There was no breakfast but the question asks me to comment on it. It was not offered, nor wanted. The host was never met and therefore that question is irrelevant too. The place was like any other business-run Airb'n'b. Inoffensive, clean. I was amused by the parking permit being stuck to a small plank. I can completely understand why.

It was fully furnished and even had towels provided but otherwise spartan and had no life to it. It is not someone's home and felt lifeless. I was part of a small group and only sleeping there, so suitable for purpose, but I would not like to visit when alone.
