Family Home By The Sea

Location great, big spacious bedrooms of which two with sea views and a big kitchen/dining area. Lovely welcome gifts for us and the dog.

As lovely as it was, for us there were just too many 'rules'. Whilst we fully appreciate it's a family home, not being allowed to even have drinks in the lounge (food we can understand) seemed a tad over the top. It was also disappointing to learn that despite being 'dog friendly', the only areas our dog was actually allowed to go was the kitchen and dining room. It just wasn't very practical. The large amount of cobwebs in the downstairs loo also led to wondering how much it had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival.

arrived on the Friday teatime and was greeted with a wonderful warm clean stylish home. beautifully decorated and the views to the sea was breathtaking. perfect location for what we wanted to do AND the sun ☀️ was shining!

we loved everything about the property. it would be of been helpful to have a washing machine, only because we had 2 children under 5 who loved the beach!

nothing!!! the weather wasn’t great when we stayed so it was lovely to have booked such a lovely place to be indoors

nice property and has everything you need. there was plenty of space for us (two couples with 3 children between us). The interior is a little tired compared to the photos, with a fair bit of wear and tear. However, everything was very clean and it was great value for money. communication with the host was great.

Decor and interior felt a bit worn compared to expectations from the photos.

We stayed as a family to have a Christmas altogether just after Christmas here and it was everything and more! The house is extremely equipped for families which made us all feel so at home. There are walks for the dog right out the door and only a short walk to the most lovely doggy friendly beach. The view is absolutely stunning. Dan was extremely helpful since the day I was trying to book and answered any questions I had. Even little touches like having the heating on before we arrived really made the difference. The house is big enough that as a family of 10 (2 babies) we didn’t feel on top of each other and could all enjoy our own space. The driveway happily fitted all three of our cars which was great. We will without a doubt be back! It truly was the most perfect weekend as a family!

An amazing location, the views are simply stunning seeing much of the sea from the majority of the rooms. All rooms are very well equipped. Absolutely perfect if going with families. The host was also very attentive, checking in on us and asking if we needed anything. When we did ask for a few bits he did not hesitate to have to us very quickly. Would 100% recommend.

Would be great to have a few spare towels and toilet roll around. We had three families in the house and it was depleted quickly

The house was superb, tastefully decorated and perfect for a family to chill and spend some quality time together. we spent the Christmas period there and the owners had decorated the house, as though we were are home and left a beautiful hamper for us. These little touches were very much appreciated. Dan the owner was always on hand and responded to any requests promptly. The kitchen was superb, very clean and adequately stocked with useful utensils and essentials. The two main bedroom were elegantly presented with fabulous views of the sea. All in all a very luxurious place to stay.

We cannot think of any negatives things about the property. Everything was perfect.

House was large enough for 3 families and very comfortable. Lovely big kitchen and large rooms throughout.
