"Won’t stay again"

No hot water what so ever in the cottage shower freezing cold and no hot water for dishes come on this is no good enough for the price u pay!! These things should be checked before your stay! Disappointing is an understatement

Perfect Location for Bridlington, Sewerby, Flamborough & surrounding attractions. Property was Clean & well equipped. Ample parking to front & rear. Friendly Host. Will definitely visit again.

"Perfect stay in a fantastic location."

The location was perfect for our list of to do’s. The bed was SUPER comfy. Sofa was comfortable. Appliances easy to use and all we needed and clean. Cottage was clean. Pretty courtyard and quiet even by well used road. On a bus route. Sewerby hall and even Bridlington sea front promenade was within walking distance. The Landtrain goes from Sewerby hall to Bridlington amusements and back. Flamborough head and Bempton cliffs within 15 minutes drive to view birds and seals- a must. Lots of walking trails nearby. Big name Supermarkets all within 15 minutes drive. Nice train journey to Scarborough and reasonable price. Beware of station carpark. Paying only by phone, we had to use another nearby as couldn’t pay. £4.80p for the day.

The only thing we found was the shower, a tad tight to manoeuvre in. My husband is not small and found it a bit squashy. Small compromise though. Perhaps could have taken more off the large bedroom to make larger en-suite. That’s all everything else perfect.

"Stay at May cottage"

The cottage had everything we needed and was self contained whilst being in a small collection of similar properties giving a sense of security. Close to RSPB Bempton cliffs which was the primary reason for our visit. Lovely pub, the Martonian within an 8 minute walk and also the Ship Inn at Sewerby about 20 minutes walk away. The latter also has access to the cliff top walk to Bridlington

Location, cleanliness, roomy bright & airy space nice outdoor courtyard. good parking spot short stroll to pub 👌.
