The bungalow was lovely and clean. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Good communication from the owners. Location wise well positioned to be able to get to where we wanted to visit.

This is an ideal property for those who wish to explore the local area or just have a quiet break. Norwich and Banham Zoo are within comfortable driving distance aa are the coast and historic sites. The welcome/information pack about the property was very helpful. As well as giving a brief history of the site, it helped us to find things round the bungalow that we would've otherwise missed. We would strongly recommend reading it shortly after arrival otherwise you might find yourself trying to hopelessly trying to prolong the life of your bag of ice in the fridge rather than using the freezer which is tucked away in the outside storage! One thing we really appreciated was the airy feel to the property and the fan that was stored in the shed. The bungalow has windows on all sides which are easy to open to allow a breeze which was certainly welcomed during our (very warm) stay. The outside area with table and chairs tucked away at the rear of the bungalow means you can relax with a drink or meal outside in total privacy and without having to leave the property. As visiting Norfolk Dumplings who have since moved away, this is an ideal base for us to visit family and friends, or to come home and act like proper tourists in our home county. Love it!

The beds and sofa are on the soft side for us, but were still comfy.
