Fern Villa

Clean, comfortable house with washer & dryer so we could do laundry! Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs which was convenient.

All bedrooms up flight of stairs which was difficult. One person slept downstairs on the couch which worked out…

The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable & we were able to park outside the property. The area is quiet, so we slept very well. Having two bathrooms is a definite bonus. It's well-situated - just a pleasant stroll to the centre of Conwy. The secure yard was great for our dog and there's a park across the road where we could let her off the lead. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book Fern Villa again. Highly recommended.

Just a few (very minor) gripes... There was a washing up brush, but no sponge or cloth to wipe surfaces down. Presumably an oversight. A bread knife would be useful too.

Really clean and comfortable. Nice walk into Conwy through the park.

Rustige locatie. alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. Makkelijk met sleutelkluisje. Fijn met 2 toiletten.

De ontbijttafel was gedoe, inklaptafel met inklapstoelen. Weinig tv zenders, veel was afgeschermd, waarschijnlijk een goedkoop abonnement.

Location was good, reasonable walk into town. Comfortable beds, very useful 2nd shower.

Very steep stairs, and a very deep step into the en-suite bathroom! Unable to use courtyard due to swarms of wasps. There was infact a wasps nest in the wall outside the back bedroom window!!! A number of wasps came in through the bathroom and bedroom window.

The location was fantastic & very clean. Beds were comfortable & having 2 bathrooms was great.

Lack of amenities, eg. soap, shower gel, shampoo, tissues, milk for tea & coffee. Lack of information on the local area, recommendations of places to visit or eat. This would be useful to visitors who are not familiar with the local area.

Good location, clean and comfortable house with comfortable beds. Everything we needed was provided - nice outdoor area. Friendly communicative host.

Parking on the street was super steep and tricky - however alternative options for parking were available if we had wanted.
