It’s a very well maintained, spacious and tastefully decorated property. It has umpteen space and good facilities. Location couldn’t have been better. The hosts are very cooperative and super helpful.

"Fabulous stay! Such a stunning place, perfect for hen do’s. So many bathrooms for guests. Perfect!"

Keys were located in a key safe and code was emailed over way in advance. The house was stunning, clean on arrival and provided with everything we needed. There was 14 of us and it was the perfect size, everyone had somewhere to sleep and on-suite in every room! Short walk to town and supermarket 4min drive. The decor in the main room (top floor) is bright and colourful. Games room down stairs to play pool. We had no issues throughout our stay and everyone loved it. Would highly recommend.

"Superb"

Excellent for stag parties. Large open house with plenty of bedrooms and en-suites. Billiards room is a plus. Walking distance into York centre!
