Booked as a birthday surprise. Had a wonderful stay can't fault it! The host was lovely and very helpful, we even asked to stay longer at the last minute and the host arranged. Hot tub was lovely and private, other guests were staying but everyone had ebough privacy. Will definitely be coming back !

Host and facilities truly exceptional, my friends and I (4 of us total) absolutely loved the clean, well designed and looked after property. Hot tub was wonderful too. Host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and ever-available. Excellent communication. 10/10, would return any time!

Quiet , clean and homely. Beautiful garden and hot tub under cover so it doesn’t matter if it rains. Really cosy.

The location/facilities/hospitality of the owner/parking,etc.etc

Perhaps storage for clothes could be improved, the access road is being improved. But the only thing that dampened the holiday was the weather.

Debbie is a very friendly host, the Lodge was lovely, very and homely. The Lincoln Retreat is in a great setting, quiet and peaceful. You can walk along the canal to the local pub which does great food. We are definitely booking for next year.

Nothing to dislike, the property is great
