Location was excellent after we found it because the address on our booking form did not mention St Merryn Holiday Park, only St. Merryn. We supplied our own breakfast.

Friendly owner who helped us with our stay and internet issues. In a good location for exploring the beaches nearby. Good outside space. Friendly neighbours. Off road parking.

Lacked a shower. The twin room was smaller than we’d expected. No fault of the actual property, but it was a real shame that there were no walks / footpaths from the property to the nearby village. The road was not very safe to walk on so we had to drive everywhere.

The house looks very cozy with nice furniture. Kitchen is well equipped.

Unfortunately there is only a bathtub but no shower which has made very difficult to have a nice wash after the beach. Impossible to wash hair plenty of sand. Landlord should fix this issue asap. The house looks clean but carpet in the master bedroom has not been hoovered properly ( especially under beds ). Couch was also incredible dirty. I would recommend a proper deep cleaning of it considering house is pet friendly. I moved the cushions and underneath was plenty of pets’ hair. It definitely need a proper sanitation.
