Garden Villa

The owner was available for any questions and was willing to help. The property itself was even more comfortable than in the pictures.

Great location, very spacious and comfortable villa. Toni and Tracy are excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful and leaving me to relax without any inconvenience. I will certainly stay here again.

Big thank you to Toni & Tracy, the property really is their Garden Villa and it’s lovely!!! It made a few days in Cambridge so much more comfortable!! We stayed here as Dad has an operation at Addenbrookes. It’s within walking distance for visiting, it’s private and gives you the space to cook for yourself and sit outside, park and be worry free about parking! For visiting the city….bus service close by, taxi is affordable, what’s not to like? Definitely will be booking to come back. It’s rare to find a gem like this! Clean, comfortable, welcoming, friendly and supportive! It’s definitely a home from home, what’s not to love!

Perfect location, very high quality in all respects set in a peaceful garden. Perfect distance from the centre and park & ride bus service worked like a dream

The lounge, dining and kitchen was not as warm as the bedroom area.

Absolutely loved the Garden Villa, beautiful property finished to a very high standard. It looked lovely in the photos. it's even better in real life. It was lovely to arrive at a warm property. We only used the upstairs bedroom and bathroom, the bed is very comfortable. The shower is brilliant and powerful. The property is very well equipped with quality products. It is very peaceful, but in a great location, easy walk to the park and ride to explore Cambridge. There's more in the area we'd like to see and hope to stay here again when we return. We had the pleasure of meeting and finding out more about our fabulous hostToni, such a gentleman. Thank you for the lush ice cream.

Clean, modern, excellent showers, nothing lacking.

Everything. The Villa was extremely clean and very modern, with everything clearly labelled and easy to understand. It's very spacious and very well maintained throughout. It's secluded from the main house and very peaceful. The host is extremely approachable and was only to happy to give us any guidance we needed. With its own car space at the front of the main house and with a Park & Ride only a 10min walk away, it's a very cheap and convenient way of getting to the City centre.

There is nothing to dislike about the villa, only the sadness of having to leave, this little piece of heaven.
