The code box is very complicated - and didn’t work anyway . Owner couldn’t even get it to work properly.

A modern compact 3 bed house, comprehensively equipped and nicely presented. Owner very pleasant to deal with.

Had to empty the Hoover to get it to work and clean the cooker hood. Cleaning prior to occupation was not to a high standard.

I didn’t like being accused by Lanlord of damage on the carpet and the fridge drawer and then trying to charge is £200. Be aware if you rent this property, you may need to go across the entire property with a fine tooth comb and camera as evidence that you have not cause any of the damage you may be accused of. .

Location and size of the property was perfect for our family. Kitchen was well supplied and lounge / dining was very comfortable.

The bedroom doors were dangerous. They need cutting down to allow for the carpet. The single room especially was extremely hard to open and close the door even for an adult. A child would never be able to escape in an emergency! There were no hand towels. We were given one bath towel each but that was it. Very insufficient for a family of 5 staying 10 days. We had to go out and buy towels. There wasn’t a towel in the downstairs toilet, so no way to dry your hands. The main family bathroom was not the cleanest and had mold growing on the rim of the shower screen. The shower screen did not fit properly causing water to fall on the floor. The Bath panel was broken in the corner. Some of the bathroom bins were actually kitchen composting bins making them hard to empty. The door hinge on the washing machine cupboard was broken. It was great to have a washing line but there were no pegs to be able to use it.

Quiet area beautiful home, park just a short walking distance from house free WiFi plenty toilets for the whole family 🙂

Garden was slightly overgrown with cigarette butt's and bottle lids throughout! Had to clip shower head back together in main bathroom, had to clean out washing drawer in machine as was clogged with washing powder! All minor things and still enjoyed a welcome homely feel.

Very helpful hosts, location was perfect and the house felt like a home

Grass needed to be cut, however the hosts arranged that very quickly and I can't fault them

Very clean comfortable and well equipped.

Location was good as we had a car to travel around. Check in was easy and was nice to be able to cook our own meals in the well equipped kitchen. Was a bonus having two bathrooms and the extra powder room downstairs. Wifi was good in all rooms.

There were not enough forks for a family of 5 (only 4), we couldn't get the washer/dryer combo to dry our clothes, TV didn't have free to air channels and the remote had no batteries in it so we purchased some to use it. Would have been nice if the lawn in the backyard was not over grown. Rubbish/recycling bins outside hadn't been emptied so no room for our recycling. Could do with some more furniture in the living room if going to rent to more than 4 people.

Very quiet location. Very clean and now has a well equipped kitchen. Thanks for the extra pans. Nice big parking area

No dislikes everything was great
