York House

The house has everything you need for a good stay. The location is excellent for Worthing.

Bright. Nice living room. Near the sea

Difficult busy on street parking, sea view only if you lean out of the window, sleeps 12 is a real push. (One truckle bed in a tiny room off the large master, plus a sofa bed in the living room) Overpriced. Have stayed in much better for the price

Garden scruffy, dead seagull in the garden which had been there a day or two.

Location was excellent.House was decorated nice with everything you need except a bread knife.

Only suitable for 8/9 people.One bedroom was like a cupboard in one of the bedrooms.The front of the house needs a bit of a tidy up we had to sweep the front step to stop bringing dirt into the house.No downstairs toilet.

The location is lovely and close to everything

The house was dirty - it had not been vacuumed, the toilets were dirty and the bed sheets were not clean. It made us feel very uncomfortable in the house.
