Location was great for Southend Barns wedding venue. Dog friendly at no extra cost was a bonus. Nice welcome sign on arrival. Keys in door. Outdoor space ample.

Internet speed poor, TV picture adversely affected. Car parking ok but limited spaces. On a very busy road with no footpaths but as previously stated, great location for our needs. Would encourage future guests to keep windows closed possibly, in front bedroom and maybe have the fan and lights on. Might just be my bad luck but I suffered circa 15 mosquito bites and my wife was bitten a couple of times.

WiFi reception is very poor. Given that mobile telephone network is almost non-existent, a good level of WiFi reception in the property is essential for most guests.

Accommodation was excellent.

Parking was a real problem on a densely packed site, Forced to use the 'additional parking' area down a narrow driveway which required careful and time-consuming reversing to depart. Next to a busy, fast road with no pavements. Risky even to cross on foot. Not safe to walk, let alone with a dog.
