Les hôtes sont absolument bienveillants et ont plein de petites attentions pour leurs visiteurs. En plus, ils donnent de très bons conseils sur le tourisme à Édimbourg. Le logement est très bien situé, à la fois loin de la foule du centre ville et proche des voies de communication. L'établissement est très bien équipé, très propre et douillet.
