Location was perfect. 20 mins from Llangollen if you wanted to go for a wonder. Views were incredible. Host was so nice, friendly and welcoming. House was lovely, has everything you need.

What a wonderful Welsh experience. Bethan and Huw are Welsh speakers and they've put easy Welsh words around the house so you can pick something up during your stay. The location is fantastic! We stayed here to enjoy the aquaduct and surroundings, but actually we never left the property. We enjoyed the garden with the decking, the zip line and swing ball and we walked around the farm and met the sheep and the squirrels and the hares. And if you get the chance to talk to Ivor, do it. He is a fascinating man.

The location and the views are stunning, hosts friendly, welcoming & had thought of everything we could need on our stay. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, well equipped, and has so many lovely little touches. There are games, books & plenty of information about the local area. The oil stove was lovely to sit with in the evenings, and the beds were comfortable and cosy - with views to die for from the bedroom windows. It truly felt like a home from home. We didn't get to enjoy the summer house and decking due to the weather, but we will be back. It's an ideal 'meet in the middle' point for myself and my mum & there are so many walks, places to visit, things to do & this is a comfortable, clean, well thought out base to be able to come back to and relax. Excellent value for money and we are so glad we found it

The property was easy to find after the detailed instructions sent to us by the hosts prior to our arrival. It is in a glorious location, on a quiet farm overlooking beautiful hills. The hosts were very prompt in their response to our contact and were extremely accommodating with our requests. On arrival there were lots of nice, unexpected touches like fresh milk, ground coffee and Welsh cakes which made us feel very welcome. The property itself is old and quirky but has been renovated sympathetically and the beds in particular deserve comment for being unbelievably comfortable. The children loved the zip line and rope swing and the walk through the farmland up to the top of the farm was a lovely way to round out our trip.

Hosts were welcoming and accommodating, the stay was excellent and a much needed break in a perfect setting, Thank you Beth and Huw.

Wifi was intermittent, but that was out of the hosts control.
