House number 12 sleeps up to 4 with Smart TVs in every room

Rented the house for weekend whilst visiting family. Well located for what we needed, some decent pubs in walking distance for dinner, Place was clean, easy to access and suited our needs Dog friendly 👌 Free parking was a bonus

Lovely property, clean, tidy and cosy space. Basic essentials provided. Perfect location for us as central to were we wanted to be. Lovely service spoke to a gent on the emergency line very understanding, polite and friendly. We enjoyed our experience definitely one of the cleanest and idea properties we've stayed in. We usually visit 1/2 times a year but had actually visited for a family funeral on this occasion. It was a very pleasant and stress-free experience.

Just personally for us a ground floor property (honestly only thing that could have been better for us) love host and property

Price is reasonable and location quite good but front bedroom has busy road so needed ear plugs in to sleep. The house is adequately and simply furnished. The host responds very quickly to any queries. Towels provided and bedding.

A few touches needed e.g. a towel rail and toilet roll holder in bathroom. Busy road and although windows look double glazed they let a lot of noise through so needed ear plugs to sleep - always travel with them so wasnt a problem but might want to inform guests so they are aware. The price is cheap so can't expect luxury but would expect essentials such as toilet roll holder in bathroom - think there was one previously but now just a little hole in the wall and toilet roll sits on cistern of toilet. Overview said toiletries provided so thought there would be e.g. miniature shower gel but there were not any. So a few little 'tweaks' could improve it.

A clean property on the inside and a good base to explore nearby Telford. It has petrol stations, shops and eateries close by. Good to have private parking at the rear of the property (enough for 2 cars). The kitchen was well equipped. The communication from the hosts was very good.

The heating didn't work - James helped to rectify the hot water issue early on in the stay, just didn't want to hassle people Christmas Eve about something else. Used duvets in the lounge for warmth. A second bar stool would be useful in the kitchen. The lounge comprised of 2 sofa beds but one was sagging more than the other.
