Great distance to town. Lovely quiet area. Lovely host. Everything you could need or want. Lovely white towels and great information about the area. Would highly recommend. Lovely hot water and showers.

Duvets could be larger as only just reached the width of the bed and if sharing the double bed it would be too small.

"Great Place To Stay in Stratford"

We had a lovely stay at this nicely decorated home! The absolute highlight has to be the stunning views of the racecourse. The host, Mike, made the entire process incredibly easy. We received excellent, detailed instructions ahead of time, which took all the stress out of our arrival. Having dedicated on-site car parking was a massive bonus for this area and saved us a lot of hassle.

The house was spacious, well decorated, quiet and close to town. It had everything we needed and it was easy to find. I would definitely stay here again, it was perfect.

"Great place and good value for money"

Stayed in the hosts other property 3 years ago which was a bit nicer to be honest. Great location for the races, has all the facilities you need and good communication with the host. Thanks for letting us have a later check out, much appreciated

The property is looking very tired decoration wise, the beds were clean but it was very dirty in places, needs a deep clean in my opinion but then I am a cleaner! It didn’t affect our stay, was a lovely place to catch up with friends.
