The property is in a beautiful location and very easy to access from Abergele town. Supermarkets were just a 10-minute drive away, which was very convenient. The house itself was spacious, perfect for a family of four, and overall provided a comfortable stay. There are also plenty of attractions within an hour’s drive, making it a great base for exploring the area.

However, the contact number provided for the owner was never answered and always went to voicemail. This became a real issue when we faced problems such as accidentally locking the key inside and a sudden power cut. During the power cut, I had to spend hours contacting the power company myself, eventually raising a case through the local supplier. Since it is a remote property, the power restoration took about three hours, leaving my family anxious in the dark until late in the evening. We even had to leave the house and go to the beach until the supply was restored around 10:30 pm. Additionally, for a 4-night stay, only one garbage bag and a single dishwasher tablet were provided. I had to buy more myself, which I haven’t experienced in other properties or Airbnbs I’ve stayed in before.

De ligging, het lag prachtig en het was heel rustig. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving.

De douche, het bad stond verkeerd op en n half loshangende wcbril. De keuken was aan de oude kant, deurtjes sloten niet of hingen los. Licht in koelkast was kapot en hij bromde. Koekenpan was meer een wok geworden, onveilig om te gebruiken. Kapotte lamp in de woonkamer en een plakkerige tafel. Vind eigenlijk dat ik te veel heb betaald voor wat ik gekregen heb. Foto's op Booking laten mooie plaatjes zien met overal n fles bubbels maar die heb ik niet gezien. Er was wel n chocoladetaartje als welkom. In het gastenboek stonden n hoop verhalen over de gastvrije ontvangst met bloemen en bubbels of taart en bubbels. Hebben wij niet mogen ervaren Geen goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Located in the countryside but close to the coast (20 mins). Very rural. The facilities are good and there is outdoor seating although the weather wasn’t that great. Easy to access and comfortable

The shower is not that great

Good location for us. Quite spacious. Quiet. Smart TV. Reasonable Wi-Fi.

Oven not working until day 3. Kettle broken on arrival. Frying pan not usable. Oven tray disgraceful. (These items were replaced on day 3.) Bathroom window latch missing and window therefore left open. Why were these matters not resolved when the property was cleaned prior to our arrival? Washing machine had a mind of its own. Haphazard collection of crockery. Rubbish and recycling disposal arrangements were not clear. Conflicting advice. No clear instructions on what we should do on departure. Communication with the owner was frustrating and seemed to take up a lot of our holiday time. Owner was initially somewhat dismissive of our initial concerns…..eg “it’s a frying pan!” Owner did offer “ a gesture of goodwill refunded …… for the inconvenience…..” but nothing received yet.
