The view over the beach! Modern colours making it light and bright. Having a kitchen diner with the sitting room meant it felt sociable. Only a short walk to the harbour and centre of town.

Too tight a squeeze to park on the premises. No freezer.

Sea view, good facilities, good location, well equipped

Great to have underground car parking - but spaces very small

The parking area was too small for our car . Luckily another parking spot was available at the back of the apartments.

Good accommodation at a good price.

The location of the flat was ideal and with a parking space (not many of those available in St Ives) only an 8 minute walk to the town centre - but see 'did not like' below. Nice welcome pack on arrival and was phoned at 2pm to say flat was available (not expected to get in before 5pm). No trouble with cleanliness and we had a complimentary clean after 5 or 6 days there. Plenty of cups, plates dishes etc and saucepans etc for us to do any cooking we wanted to do.

The parking space was not very wide with little space between the end wall and a stone pillar. I only have a Honda Jazz and found the best way was to drive in forward but it took a few forward and backward moves to line the car up so it would not hit the wall or the pillar- at least that way I could open the driver side door to get out of the car. To exit from the space involved backing up 'carefully' as far as you could into the space opposite and then drive out of the garage forwards.

Location and view

Cleaniness and parking - after travelling through the night arriving at 10.30am and making an email and a special call to customer service to request when the apartment was ready to check in - we heard nothing until 4.30pm - we then were told no one had stayed that week so we could of unpacked and had a sleep appose to wasting a full day hanging around - filthy kitchen and window ledges including a dirty toilet brush... Wonderful location and very difficult parking spot, shame... requested some compensation heard nothing...
