Beautiful 3bedroom townhouse in a new estate

House was well presented, loved the fact that a big fan was provided as we visited in warm weather. Very easy to find. Good local shops and takeaways. Responsive and pro-active host when a problem arose. Would have been perfect if the house had been looked after properly by maintenance and cleaning staff. Not the host's fault at all. Would stay again with new management of the cleaning and maintenance.

Multiple maintenance issues that needed attention (host has been made aware of this). When called out the cleaning and maintenance staff were friendly and apologetic however after a second clean the house was still not to a standard you would expect. The bare minimum had been done and we found squashed flies, dirty oven and fridge, dirty plates and cutlery, blocked drain, electrical issues mid-shower. We place no blame at all on the host, but as she lives elsewhere she is trusting people to keep the house in order for good pay, but they are just not doing so. Definitely worth considering a change in staff!

The interior and layout of the house & rooms, had very nice decor, driveway, good location in a new estate with a park on the doorstep, had a nice cosy warm feel to it. Modern feel, enjoyed the three floors and TVs in most rooms, enjoyed it all.

The quality of the cleaning can be improved, we came across cobwebs and spiders which we had to remove, dining chairs and floors had crumbs on them. Would have been nice to have washing up products such as sponges and liquid.

Bright airy rooms, very large comfortable sofa. Well located for driving to the beach in 10 mins. Responsive host.

Dining table in the kitchen might make cleaning up easier (rather than in the lounge).

Spacious, off road parking, quiet location, good communication regarding check in ect
