Good location.

Difficult to access property. Problem opening lock box. Had to pay a security deposit of £250 to get lock box code and am still waiting to get refund.

The host is very helpful and responds to any questions stright away

Shops are close

Very dirty on arrival. You need to give an extra deposit directly to owner before you get the code that I have not had any info about getting back. Trying to get hold of the property owner/manager is almost impossible unless you go through booking.com. The number just rings out. Then they hang up on you. We had the shower leaking into the kitchen causing electrical short. Tried to report at 0700 int the morning did not get through till 1100 and at 2100 or later they had not got back to me so I called booking.com and then the owner phones to say they had done nothing about it. And we had to deal with no heating and no electricity till the next day they would send someone. Not until late afternoon Somone turners up to re seal the bath. Kept happening through the stay and still have not heard back from them. Complete lack of cleanliness and maintenance done to the property back garden was full of cigs, Wall stained, wired smell.

Location was great , shops etc close by and close to job house was ok would of been better with a working tv and a living room couch overall I would visit again but the deposit situation has thrown me off

No loving room couch just table and chairs dated , plus tv did not work .. they have an attic room which you have to walk through another bedroom to get too not ideal and the ladders to the attic was not safe but staff came round a day later and made safe which was fine … the property take a £250 holding deposit and even tho you show the upmost respect and keep there house very clean and better than when arrived .. they still hold your deposit and take the piss every time you ask for it back I have had about 20 messages back and forth and still waiting for my deposit to land in my bank which is stressful I was thinking to re book for work but the deposit situation has to thrown me off it’s a disgrace and booking.com do nothing about the matter

Location was good

The house itself is not the best I booked for 6 and there were only 4 chairs in the dining area.The back door would not open fire hazard, also the smoke alarm in kitchen was hanging down the floors were dirty walls were in need of a good revamp the front door had no letterbox the 4th bed room not in description is in a loft with steps that are unstable one side is not attached to anything we did not use due to again fire hazard. The TV would not work kept asking to be mirrored so we left alone. The beds were not comfy like sleeping on the floor. The communication from owners was good they responded to query's we did not complain about house as we had read reviews you would not get deposit back we were lucky and received ours back. I think asking for £250 is not realistic given the condition of the property and I feel it needs a deep clean it feels dirty the dust was on every thing in the house There were stains in all of the draws in the bedrooms. The list could go on the shower the side of door was thick of mold and I'm not sure what else it was but looked awful. This house has potential just is not looked after or loved and the description of 4 bedrooms is false advertising I had two elderly they had no choice but to share due to loft.
