Sunrise Beach House - Great for family stays and contractors

Good location, good amount of space. Overall a good place to stay. Only thing to note is no upstairs bathroom which was a slight issue for us as we were a family including an elderly relative. The garden would benefit from the addition of a barbecue area etc but this property is fairly new to the bookings market so guessing that will come. Noted dehumidifier upstairs and looks like over the longer term there is a damp issue to the front of house that needs to be properly addressed. Would stay again, property is well managed and clean

The beds were vey comfy, great garden size for dogs ,lovely neighbours at garage and very well equipped kitchen ( could do with an air fryer) great location ❤️

The location is fantastic. Near to cafes, shops, pubs and you can see the beach from the front door.

The bathroom of this property is on the ground floor and all of the bedrooms are on the first floor which is not ideal for bathroom visits during the night. The staircase is also quite steep, not recommended for elderly or anyone with mobility issues. One member of our party was 83 and we had to resort to them sleeping on the sofa. Had the situation of the bathroom have been stated in the listing we would have never booked. Parking is also a major issue during peak holiday times. We couldn't even get a parking spot on the same street. The garden leaves a lot to be desired, just a balding patch of grass and 4 old garden chairs (no table) but is totally enclosed if you have a dog. The property has no Staple kitchen items such as salt/pepper/tin foil. A welcome pack is always a bonus but this isn't given.

Really clear instructions for when we arrived. Great customer service. Lovely house and comfortable beds. Location was perfect.

Front door half glass. Could see everyone who walked past. A bit off putting in evening when watching tv etc with family.
