Sunrise Beach House - Great for family stays and contractors

Property was comfortable and in an excellent location.

Would have liked clearer instructions about the heating.

A real gem - central to Cleethorpes but far enough away from the pubs to avoid the noise! Great for a wander on the beach and we did indeed see the sunrise. An excellent base for the week - we worked during the day - excellent internet connections and super cosy. Lots of space this has been really thoughtfully designed. Nice spacious bedrooms, great powerful shower and well equipped kitchen. Garden is also a great size and looks like it would be a fab sun trap in the summer (it was a bit snowy for us to try it out!). Dan was excellent and accommodated our slightly earlier check in. parking space is a real bonus and just around the corner.

The only thing which would have really helped us would have been having the heating on when we arrived.

We loved everything The house is so cosy and we felt so much at home there it was q great stay I shall definitely go back there We had everything we needed a cot for the baby safety gates etc just wonderful Tge house is near to the sea front and cafes restaurants and pubs

Great location, comfortable beds, great communication with host, clear instructions for arrival.

Kitchen dishes/pans were dirty and needed a wash before using and the bathroom was generally clean except for the toilet, which definitely needed cleaning before use. The property has one bathroom which is downstairs, not my favourite feature but not a dealbreaker for me!

We stayed here after Christmas and for the New Year. The house is fantatsic and some lovely touches throughout. The owner takes good care of the house and you can see that. We had our two dogs with us (had to be dog friendly) and it was perfect, as the garden was properly fenced off and you accessed the house via the back door, which was great for muddy and sandy paws! Cleethorpes itself was fabulous, we had a great time walking along the beach and going to the vast array of pubs and resturants that Cleethorpes offered. A fabulous stay. We left some of our belongings and the owner was so kind and got them sent back to us.

The only downsize was that the bathroom was downstairs, so a long way to go at night! But that is the layout of the house, so that's the way it is!

Plenty of space, and in a good location. The inside was lovely. The provided child gate and cot made it much handier to travel! Will book again in the future if available.

Great location & own parking in a busy area. Everything you needed in the property. Host really quick to reply to questions.

No toilet upstairs....it's a long way on a cold night to the loo 😴 😊....
