WiFi was not really working on arrival, due to a storm. It was better when the storm passed.

Everything about this place is fantastic. Was so comfy and relaxing the perfect place to unwind.lucy was always there to answer any questions we had .will definitely be booking again for our anniversary in April.

We love it here. It’s in a superb location as 5 miles to visit my parents. We love how peaceful it is and you feel like you are the only ones around. The hot tub is a fantastic addition and sitting in the looking out at the amazing views is just something very hard to come by. The space in the property suits us as a family and we just felt such at home. Lucy has been so accommodating to our needs and a lovely host. We have found a new home which we will use on a regular basis. Totally recommend this property! Outstanding!!!

This property is absolutely amazing, the accommodation is stunning. Everything is well equipped with some lovely touches added such as wine on arrival, robes, homely feel and much much more. Everything has been well thought out and kitchen/bathroom facilities have everything that you need. Little things like chargers was a great addition as let’s face it, someone usually forgets one as we did. Everything is spotless and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and again clean. The views from the property are beautiful, such a lovely outlook. Outside is also a lovely space with the hot tub, BBQ area and other good facilities Our purpose for the trip was a girly weekend away which we do annually. The location was just what we wanted, quiet and chilled. We walked into Bideford which was just over 3 miles but we were happy to do that. We got a taxi back later on which was a reasonable price. Lucy, the host was lovely, great communication and very helpful and polite which was an added bonus. An excellent weekend which we all thoroughly enjoyed. We are looking when to book and come back again. Thank you ☺️
